Pokud k tomuto dojde, spousta pacient\u016f se tak obrac\u00ed na alternativn\u00ed zp\u016fsoby l\u00e9\u010dby a p\u0159\u00edrodn\u00ed p\u0159\u00edpravky.  Abyste se p\u0159\u00edpadn\u00fdm probl\u00e9m\u016f vyhnuli, za\u010dn\u011bte s prevenc\u00ed. Zdrav\u00e1 a vyv\u00e1\u017een\u00e1 strava, dostatek pohybu, to je z\u00e1klad. Omezte cukry, tuky, za\u0159a\u010fte do sv\u00fdch obl\u00edben\u00fdch potravin b\u00edl\u00e9 maso, ryby, hodn\u011b ovoce a zeleniny. Vhodn\u00e9 je tak\u00e9 omezit pit\u00ed alkoholick\u00fdch a slazen\u00fdch n\u00e1poj\u016f.  Bylinkami ur\u010dit\u011b nic nezkaz\u00edte, u\u017e na\u0161i p\u0159edci je pou\u017e\u00edvali, a to \u00fasp\u011b\u0161n\u011b, k l\u00e9\u010db\u011b mnoha zdravotn\u00edch obt\u00ed\u017e\u00ed.
